Shipping Information

All information regarding shipping, delivery and estimated time of arrival. Please note that due to COIVD-19, Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays. Please allow for an additional 2 days after your item has been shipped.

We currently use Australia Post with all of our orders.

Due to the value of our items, all orders must be signed for upon delivery with a courier. All items that aren't signed for will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for you to collect (with ID provided). This is due to security purposes as we do not take responsibility for items left unattended.

All International deliveries will also need to be signed for upon delivery. 

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be added at checkout, with an express or standard postage option. 

Of course we will do everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but some things are out of our control so these shipping times are NOT guaranteed. Below is an estimate based on what Australia Post share with us.

It depends on where you are. We aim to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours of purchase (after payment has been cleared). Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address! If an error has occurred, contact us ASAP.

Of course we will do everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but some things are out of our control so these shipping times are NOT guaranteed. Below is an estimate based on what Australia Post share with us.

Australia Post Standard 2-5 days 

Australia Post Express 1-2 days 

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email once the item has been shipped. This will include a tracking number for your item. 

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays for parcels sent from and delivered to Victoria due to increased parcel volumes and workforce capacity constraints. Please allow for an additional three day delay for deliveries. Please use your order tracking link below to stay up to date on your parcel's progress. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Returns and exchanges

All information regarding returns and exchanges of items, along with warranties.

Unfortunately we cannot return and refund your item, as we are a marketplace selling on behalf of others.

Please read our 'Return and Refund Policy' prior to making your purchase with us. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to email us. 

We do not provide warranties of any kind on any of the products sold on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that products purchased from our website may require special maintenance. We will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain the products properly.

Please note that the colours of a product may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer screen monitor.

Payment

All information regarding accepted methods of payment, along with International orders.

To keep it simple and safe, our online store accepts the following methods of payment.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and PayPal

Please allow up to 48 hours to funds to be cleared. We will then notify you via email when your order has been shipped, as this will contain a tracking number. All prices are in Australian dollars unless quoted otherwise.

You may be responsible for any additional taxes applied to your purchase by the destination of your country and its regulations. 

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer a payment plan.

As soon as your place your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@consignedco.com to your safe sender list.

Please Note: We can only ship out your order, once payment has been cleared from our end. This is for security purchases. You will receive an email with the tracking number attached once your order has been shipped.

All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account is held in a different currency, you can still place and order - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction.

The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank for details. Therefore, we are not able to take responsibility if there is a discrepancy in the final amount charged to you.

Authenticity Guarantee

All information regarding the authenticity of our items.

We understand that authenticity is of the most concern when purchasing a branded product from an online store, especially from overseas. All products listed on our website are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We DO NOT sell fakes, replicas or refurbished products in any circumstance.

Please ensure you have read the description of the item you are purchasing in its entirety, before placing your order. All items are honestly examined in the description, with clear images provided for your reference. Shop with confidence!

While we aim to provide all pieces with original packaging - this cannot be promised due to the nature of some of our listings. As these items are second-hand (unless stated otherwise), original packaging may have not been kept / provided by the seller. Please note that it is more common than not that the previous owners choose not to or forget to keep their dust bag, original receipt and/ or box. For all items that do not come with original packaging, we will provide our own complementary dust bag to deliver your item safely and securely in. This is particularly important with all our vintage listings. Due to the age and nature of these items, not all (or even none) of the original packaging is provided. Again, this will be stated in the description.  

RARE & VINTAGE PIECES

All information regarding our accepted condition standards, along with any 'vintage' or rare finds.

Vintage means pre-loved, not brand new. It is important to remember that majority of our items are second-hand, therefore will not be in 100% condition. Unless expressed otherwise, all items are pre-owned and as such, will possess signs of natural wear and age.

We will announce via our Instagram when we have a new DROP of curated pieces that are now available for purchase. Each new DROP is always on the first monday of every month.

Remember, our business model is first person to make payment will buy the item. We allow multiple people to hold an item in their cart but, be aware that if someone else pays for it then it will no longer be available to buy.

We are always sourcing new & pre-loved pieces for you to add to your personal collection!

Your purchase will come neatly and safely packaged with a thank you card from us here at Consigned Co. Most bags and shoes come in a dust bag/box, however some do not due to the nature of them (e.g. bought a while ago and/or seller has thrown out the original packaging).

Please also note we do not accept returns for items that simply don’t fit or for change of mind. Please use our sizing chart to ensure you choose the correct size.
